Pros: Great perks, great people, and really challenging problems to work on.
There's a work hard, play hard mentality that makes for a very satisfying career.
Cons: Some people don't have a life outside of work and have similar expectations of those around them. Management works to avoid bureaucracy, but as the company grows, it's hard to avoid. The rapid pace of hiring has definitely changed the feel of the company.
