The interview for this position was not too bad.
They started with a phone interview, which is basic and just checks if you know your fundamental knowledge. The panel interview was one of the most relaxed interviews I've ever experienced. I noticed that if you didn't quite know the answer to a question, they appreciated it if you admitted you didn't know but attempted to answer the question anyway, giving an educated guess.
The panel members were very welcoming and did not seem judgmental or intimidating, as many interviews can be.
Most of the questions are technical in nature. I was expecting this because colleagues had told me beforehand, but they also ask many personality-based questions to gauge what kind of person you are. You will likely be culled if you don't fit their culture, which can include many aspects of geek culture (comic books, movies, video games, etc.).
