Partner Technology Manager Interview Experience

Process

Initial call by recruiter to discuss background and what I'm looking for.

Then two more phone calls about managers interested in talking to me and if I would mind talking to them. This seemed odd, as I am seeking a job there, so why would I not want to talk to them?

Then a call stated they were interested and that they would call back to schedule interviews for phone and in-person visits.

Then silence. Nothing for almost a month now. I sent emails inquiring about what's going on.

I don't even get back a "no thanks" email. Nothing.

This is basically saying "you are not worth even responding to." I find that extremely rude, since just a few days ago I was being told how happy they were that I chose to consider working at Google.

Perhaps they have such a huge volume of incoming resumes and candidates that they simply can't handle the load. Still, it's just rude...
