The interview process was decent enough, with timely calls and acknowledgement. HR was well-qualified and polite at all phases.

However, for all those who think that Google will always have best-in-class people – think again!

You would find people interviewing you who themselves would not be aware of Google culture.

Non-technical interviews are way too different compared to the technical ones. Most of the time, these people (non-technical interviewers) with technical degrees are not competent enough for either technical or non-technical positions.

Advice: Check the profile of your interviewer. They may be far too low in knowledge, skills, and competency. Make sure to answer questions based on their caliber to understand if you want to get selected. Otherwise, get ready to hear feedback that will blow your mind.
