Release Engineer Interview Experience - Mountain View, California

March 1, 2019
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

I had 5 on-site interviews and lunch with an employee.

Approximately two weeks later, I received a call from the recruiter. They informed me that I had approval from the hiring committee, but there were no open positions.

It has been more than a year since then, and a couple of recruiters have changed during that time. Finally, my hiring committee approval has expired.

So, even though I passed the interviews, I never received an offer.

Questions

Coding tasks (LeetCode, etc.) and system design/release engineering.
