I submitted my resume at a career fair at school. From that, I had a recruiter interview as a formality. After that, I had an onsite interview in Mountain View with five people in one day. Then I was told I was accepted, and the next step would be a team match. This is where Google basically has a pool of new grads that are pre-approved for teams to choose from. I met with a manager, liked the team, and accepted the offer.
