Process
I initially applied for a University Grad Software Engineer position. After two phone interviews, I was switched to the Engineer Residency track.
I then had two more phone screens back to back, followed by a final round consisting of a video interview and another phone screen, also back to back.
It was a lengthy process, taking over three months from application to receiving the offer.
