The process involves one online assessment with two hard questions on data structures and algorithms. After shortlisting, candidates proceed to two to three technical rounds. Each technical round focuses on data structures and algorithms and lasts 45 minutes.

Pros: The company provides excellent mentorship and opportunities to work on real production-level projects.
I got exposure to full-stack development using modern technologies like React.js, Node.js, and AWS.
The work culture is supportive, and seniors are always open to guide.
I learned about Docker, CI/CD, and deployment best practices during my internship.
Cons: Sometimes deadlines can be tight, and there’s a lot to learn in a short time. The stipend could be better, considering the workload, but overall the experience is worth it for skill development.
