The code challenge was to display the time duration between login and logout.
I am not sure where he was not happy, as I was pretty much correct on his questions.
Due to time constraints, I clearly wrote the algorithm instead of an executable program. He expected me to write a program in 5 minutes. Although the program is not complex, it needs around 20 minutes.
