Process
I had a first HR interview, followed by a "phone" interview. This wasn't truly a phone interview; it involved one or two recruiters assessing my coding skills. For preparation, I participated in two mock interviews with Google employees who asked relatively easy questions.
The actual interview problem was quite difficult (medium-hard LeetCode). I completed the problem but didn't have time to debug my code, and consequently, I didn't pass.
