There are 6 rounds of interviews, as everyone knows. These include HR, Tech, Manager, and cultural rounds, basically. I can't pass the technical round because we don't think the interviewee and interviewer can handle this work either.

Prisoner's Dilemma
Two members of a criminal gang are arrested and imprisoned. Each prisoner is in solitary confinement with no means of speaking to or exchanging messages with the other. The police admit they don't have enough evidence to convict the pair on the principal charge. They plan to sentence both to a year in prison on a lesser charge. Simultaneously, the police offer each prisoner a Faustian bargain.

The management do not hesitate to use the regular layoffs as a threat to put more pressure on the teams. People have become very defensive due to their fear of being fired, and do not collaborate anymore to virtually increase how critical they are. Google used to be a great company to work for, that was caring about their employees, and I really enjoyed my first years there. Today they just treat you like numbers and nothing else.
