Process
I received a LinkedIn message from a recruiter, which was followed by a phone interview.
Subsequently, I was invited to an on-site interview.
I was interviewed by 5-6 engineers on various subjects matching the rating I provided in an email from HR.
The interview was very long and exhausting. Each engineer had different demands, and you kind of had to figure them out and work with them, which didn't work for me.
