Typical LeetCode Google styler. Went through a phone screen, technical interview, and full day of onsite interviews over about 2 months. Process was well-organized with responsive recruiters and clear communication throughout. Technical questions were challenging, focusing on algorithms and system design. Interviewers were knowledgeable and professional, though the process felt quite academic at times. While I didn't receive an offer, it was a valuable learning experience. The only real downside was the lack of feedback after rejection. Would recommend thorough preparation for algorithms and system design questions if you're planning to interview.
