Process
Skipped the phone interview and went straight to on-site. The interview consisted of three rounds of coding, one design round, and one behavioral round. Google engineers were super easy to talk to, making the interviews a very good experience. Surprisingly, all my coding answers were the same. I'm not sure if they were looking for more advanced algorithmic answers, but I did still pass the interviews.
