Process
It was the worst process I ever had. The interview was simple and straightforward. However, it had the worst team match experience of all! It took me 2 months, and no team connected with me. The reason is that hundreds of internal transfers were looking for team matches. They didn't consider people in the pool. If Google didn't have a headcount, why did you hire me?
