Process

The recruiter's initial phone screen was just to sell me the position. This was followed by a phone interview that took three weeks. On the day of the interview, the interviewer was 15 minutes late. After we chatted for 30 minutes, he had to leave the meeting room due to a 45-minute slot. He told me he would follow up with another meeting. This took another two weeks. Then, a different manager, after a brief introduction, only asked me one question and that was it. Later, I was told they wouldn't proceed anymore.
