The process began with a 30-minute meeting with the recruiter who was very nice. The next phase was a system design interview which I passed. After that, I had two coding, one system design, and one Googleyness interview.

Pros: Great benefits and compensation, a relaxed hybrid work environment, and smart co-workers.
Cons: It's stressful and difficult to get work done because of so many competing teams and systems. Some people have a bad habit of praising you to your face and complaining behind your back.
