I applied online. The process took 4 months.

Very good, very interesting. The team matching phase is really annoying. You can get stuck there for around 18 months. There is a technical phone screening round, 2 onsite coding rounds, and one Googleyness round. There is also an initial screening call with a recruiter.

Lots of leetcode-like questions that are not like the traditional leetcode questions.
