Pros: Some of the best people I've worked with. It is really nice to work in a place where people don't compete with one another and are willing to help you out even if it is outside their normal area.
Cons: Starting to see some cracks in the culture. Allegations of discrimination and retaliation. More secrets being kept. Some ham-fisted changes by HR to the review process. Google is struggling to keep its culture as it changes.
