The initial interview with HR was very nice and smooth. The HR representative was patient and asked me many questions about my work experience and skills. There was also a self-evaluation survey.
However, the following phone interview with the technical expert was not smooth. I got stuck on the third technical question for a few minutes, and the expert seemed impatient. I believe this was a setback.
After three weeks with no email response, I sent an email to ask for an update. The HR representative then called me to inform me that there was no match between my profile and their team's needs.
The questions were simple, but time was limited.
