I applied on the career section of the website. I got contacted the following day by a recruiter. She was really nice and explained the hiring process with a lot of details.

I had a 45-minute phone technical interview about a coding challenge. The day after, I was invited to go on-site to do a day of interviews (5).

The interviews were on the same format as the phone interview: a coding challenge to do on a whiteboard in 45 minutes.

Pros: The perks include plenty of food, massages, a shuttle, a library, and gifts, etc. Extremely smart co-workers to learn from. Lots of teams working on diverse projects, so you can switch things up every so often. The CEO and leadership have grand visions for the future of the company.

Cons: While the salary looks high, it actually isn't so great once you factor in taxes and housing prices of the Bay Area.
