The process includes a one-hour coding round, followed by interviews in Competitive Programming. The last 10-15 minutes of the interview are reserved for HR situational questions. The interviewer is helpful and asks candidates to explain their code as they finish each module. They also prompt for code optimization to arrive at the optimal solution.
