Process
The process was very long, with multiple interviews – about eight in total. They were mostly what I consider abstract games. At the time, I had extensive real-world experience, but the interviewers expected CS 101 knowledge off the top of my head and ignored my total real-world experience. I can't see how it's relevant to a real job for an experienced candidate.
