Online coding challenge followed by multiple phone interviews (would have been on-site if I had made it to this point).
Coding challenges are difficult but manageable with practice.
Phone screens are very much down to business.
I get the feeling that no effort is made to "get to know you" until your technical prowess has been thoroughly demonstrated.
