Pros: Great infrastructure, good comp, and a lot of things to learn. You can trust your co-workers because the company has a high bar.
Cons: Tons of work to do in Google Cloud, and you need to be on-call. The on-call is exhausting. The promotion process is also long and tough. Re-orgs happen from time to time.
