The interview process was structured and professional, spanning approximately 2-3 weeks from initial outreach to final decision. It consisted of the following stages:

• Recruiter Screen (30 minutes) A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and scheduled an introductory call. They gave a high-level overview of the company, the role, and asked about my background, motivations, and salary expectations.

• Technical Phone Interview (1 hour) Conducted over Zoom, this round involved solving algorithmic problems using an online code editor. The questions were medium difficulty (LeetCode-style) and tested data structures, problem-solving, and communication skills.
