Overall, this was a mixed bag.
Some interviewers were very friendly, while others seemed to be there only as a favor to someone else, showing little genuine interest in the process.
While I understand that interviewing candidates might not be everyone's preferred task, I still expected a minimum level of engagement with my answers. Instead, it often felt like interviewers weren't even listening, as if their minds were already made up independently of my responses.
Conversely, the interviewers who were interested were very nice and talkative. They asked good, insightful questions, and their follow-up questions were engaging. It was clear they genuinely cared about understanding my perspective and wanted to learn more.
To be honest, there weren't many tricky questions. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the opportunity because I found a different job where the team showed more interest in my profile.
