Process
Upon the recruiter's contact, they will set up a phone interview with you and provide an introduction to the process and the role you are applying for. The recruiter may ask simple technical questions.
After screening, you will be scheduled for four onsite interviews:
- Two coding interviews
- One QA interview
- One behavioral interview
Lastly, once a decision is made, they will contact you again regarding the offer, whether you receive one or proceed with the hiring process. My recruiter was kind enough to explain the things I need to improve on during my technical interview.
