The interview process began with a phone screen, followed by an online recorded programming challenge. In my opinion, the programming challenge was quite easy. Perhaps this contributed to my being hired. I found it to be a very fair challenge, not like a hazing ritual. It was a straightforward problem that required coding a solution.
