Step 1: Resume screen. After submitting your application online, a recruiter reviews your resume and checks if you meet the basic qualifications for the role.

Step 2: Recruiter call.

Step 3: Technical phone or video interview.

Step 4: Onsite interviews.

Step 5: Hiring committee review.

Step 6: Executive review.

Step 7: Offer.

They test my critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
