Setting up the first phone/online interview was a nightmare. I was asked technical questions on the first 'call' and to rate myself on technical things. What on earth?
Then the recruiter promised to send materials, but none were sent.
I reminded them, but the email was ignored.
I reminded them again, and they promised to receive it, but still none arrived.
Exactly the same happened for scheduling the interview.
At the actual interview, I received a problem with no efficient solution; only equivalent slow brute-force solutions were possible. It was very difficult. Trying to split the problem or solve subproblems was met with contempt. I was constantly interrupted and clearly not fast enough in coding a recursive solution in 30 minutes.
