Process

I was referred by a senior software engineer working at Mountain View. In two weeks' time, I was contacted by a recruiter from Switzerland, and she guided me through the process. After a phone call to discuss my interest in Google, she set up a Google Hangout interview for the following week. During the Hangout call, we reviewed my CV, and then I was provided with some preparation materials for the first phone screening. I had my first phone screening after a month.

After preparing for a month, I had my first phone screening with a senior software engineer working at Zurich. He arrived ten minutes late and seemed busy with many other things during the interview.
