I was contacted by a recruiter and had a call to arrange a phone screening interview.

The interview started with a really easy coding problem, and the interviewer gradually made it harder. Basically, it was a binary search implementation.

I was then invited for an on-site interview, where I had four interviews:

• Coding and algorithms
• Googleyness and leadership

I received positive feedback about the latter, but the technical part was not very strong.

Given an array of integers and a target, find the number of occurrences of the target in the array. Optimize if sorted.
