We went through three phone screens over two weeks. The emphasis was on being a problem solver, not necessarily on memorizing computer science textbooks.
If you asked questions about the problem space, the interviewers were helpful. Think out loud! They will discover you're smart, which you assuredly are if you've reached the point of getting an interview at this wonderful shop.
