It was not necessary to compile or run the code, but rather to go through the problem-solving exercise with the interviewer.

Given two strings, the task is to check whether these strings are meta strings or not. Meta strings are strings that can be made equal by exactly one swap in either of the strings. Equal strings are not considered meta strings.
