First, a recruiter reached out to me via email. Then we had a telephonic round about my hobbies and about my problem-solving abilities. There was a phone screen round, which was an initial technical round for eligibility to higher roles. Next, there was a round in which a DSA question was asked based on a sliding window algorithm, which I couldn't solve within the time constraint. I had a problem with communication and understanding the problem statement, which led to my rejection.
The questions were about my behaviour, hobbies, how many problems I solve daily on LeetCode, how many hours I spend coding daily, my overall career experience, and my technical skill set overview.
