Process
A university recruiter contacted me for a software engineering position. I had a technical phone interview for the software engineering role. After the first round, while I was not accepted, they asked if I was interested in interviewing for an Engineer in Residency program.
I went through two additional technical phone interviews before I was rejected. The questions were no different from those for a regular software engineering position.
