I had a phone screen followed by the onsite. At the onsite interview, I was asked quite hard questions and I was able to solve them. This was my third onsite interview, so I was quite well prepared.
Rejected, stating my performance wasn't consistent, which honestly makes little to no sense as I did solve the technically complex questions. I am sure writing this review doesn't make any difference to the hiring committee or the recruiters. However, I don't know what more one expects after solving the problems. I just think that they should stop wasting the candidate's time, as they don't consider the effort that goes into preparation and reject the candidates like dirt.
I personally think it is a wasteful process where one doesn't get anything out except for disappointment.
