Process
Step 1: A brief chat about my goals and my knowledge of Google. They also wanted to know why I applied for the job.
Step 2: A technical interview, 45 minutes, to cover coding and algorithm skills. An engineer will give you exercises in the language of your choice (Java) to work through. You will code these out on a shared Google Doc.
Step 3: An interview in their office (I'm still waiting for an answer after Step 2).
