As is normal process, I got an interview from a campus career fair. First, I finished an online test with questions I had seen before.
Then, I had a phone interview and had to write code in a Google Doc. The interviewer did not talk with me; they just gave me the question and asked me to do it.
I was confused by their description and wasted some time at the beginning. Then I started to write code in the Google Doc. I felt it was extremely painful writing code in Google Docs since it always got stuck.
The interviewer refused to communicate with me and just threw the coding question. After I told them my thoughts, they did not respond.
After some days, I was rejected, and they told me that my communication skills were bad, while my coding algorithm skills were good. Ridiculous!
