First, I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. We set up a phone interview where an engineer asked me a really easy coding question.
After the phone interview, I was invited onsite to their Colorado office. I had a couple of technical interviews and a behavioral interview.
I waited about a couple of weeks before I heard back. I did not get an offer, but they recommended me for another position. They flew me back out again for another couple of technical interviews.
About a week after the second onsite interview, the recruiter called me and told me I did not get the job. They asked if we could connect again in a year to see where I'm at then.
