Pros: Work-life balance is good.

Cons: No downside appears to me.

Pros: Comfortable and beautiful environment, great quality and variety of food, great benefits (health plan, assisted reproduction assistance, dental plan, internet and energy reimbursement), leisure options (video games, music room and craft room), nap room, very good people in what they do, cool challenges, dealing with a product used daily by many people.

Cons: Environment can be noisy. A lot of bureaucracy to make things happen. Very verticalized and bureaucratic hierarchy. Immense codebase that can lead to a long learning curve. Being around very intelligent people and feeling a bit stupid. Hard and very stressful work (you have to be careful with work-life balance). Meal voucher or food allowance is Sodexo/Pluxee (it could be something better accepted in the markets, like Flash or Caju).

Pros: Benefits are pretty good and remote work is available.

Cons: It was stressful, and the expectations are getting worse.
