I recently went through a rigorous interview process. This process included three technical interviews, primarily focused on coding questions largely drawn from LeetCode-style problems, and one personality interview.
The technical interviews were in-depth, testing my problem-solving skills and my ability to apply data structures and algorithms under time constraints. Although I was able to work through the coding challenges and felt I demonstrated my thought process and technical knowledge effectively, the feedback indicated that my level of experience was a factor in the final decision not to extend an offer.
