Process
I applied through a recruiter.
I interviewed with the Google recruiter for pretty standard HR-type questions. I then had a technical interview of 45 minutes and a Googliness interview of 45 minutes. The recruiter was great and responsive. He kept me in the loop the entire time and provided me with feedback throughout.
