The recruiter discussed my strengths with me. It's funny that such companies brand themselves as if they only hire the cream of the crop who deliver perfect results on the first attempt. Then why do so many of their projects fail, get criticized by their own employees, and require numerous releases to fix various defects?

I think if these companies truly hired the brightest minds, then most of their projects must be quite stable, requiring minimum or no support activities later. However, I feel there is a huge gap between what outsiders perceive about these companies and the ground reality within them.
