• 1. Hiring Committee: The application passed the Hiring Committee stage, but was suddenly notified that hiring was paused until the following year. The recruiter offered to explore opportunities with other teams in Google Singapore.
• 1. Alternative Opportunities: The recruiter facilitated discussions with another team, focusing on career motivations, relevant engineering experience, and role alignment.
