Pros: Google is one of the biggest companies in Silicon Valley, with limitless opportunities and benefits for engineers. I would totally recommend trying yourself here.

Cons: Google is a very demanding employer, expecting more than just the bare minimum from their employees. You may want to be on call on the weekend or work late nights when a new project is launched.
