Pros: Nice environment and benefits in the Taiwan office. Every teammate has professional skills to conduct projects.
Cons: The salary is lower than other local semiconductor companies like TSMC or most IC design houses, but you still spend a long time working. Your salary level is based on your last job, not your ability and professional skills. Google interviews require too much time to prepare, but TSMC only needs half a day to interview and gives a better offer.
