Pros: Working environment is great. You meet and work with a lot of really smart people. You can travel and work from any of Google offices after taking permission from your mentor. As an intern, you are working like a full-time employee, with no difference between you and a full-time employee, except in some code permissions if you are not working on an open-source project.

Cons: Most of the cons, I think, were very specific to me and I don't think they are general cases. * Once I started, there was no project for me, and I chose my project with my mentor when we were taking a walk after a fake fire alarm in the building :) * I was working alone on my project with my mentor. So, I missed working with a team there! * I didn't take any training at the beginning, and I started on the project my mentor and I chose.

Pros: Good work-life balance, good perks, good salary.

Cons: There aren’t any cons. It’s a good place to be at.

Pros: Great place to work, fast-paced.

Cons: It's hard to get promoted. It takes time.
