Process
I had my resume in a database for a women's conference. Google reviewed it and contacted me for an interview at the conference.
There was no phone screen, just two interviews on-site, back to back. Each interview was 45 minutes long and involved questions about recursion.

Pros: Great mentoring. As a student, I have solid programming training in this intern job. Google's intern experience is definitely a big plus on your resume.
